A vintage American Taxi, this wine has an outstanding depth of fruit with average all-natural acidity. It smells like blackberries using a whiff of cedar and a dollop of earth. The power and balance of the wine enables it to age for the next decade, but it is drinking nicely now. Rating: ninety five
